We’re seeking a 3rd shift Coater Operator working 4-10's Monday - Thursday who are mechanically inclined and ready to grow with a dedicated team. Experience with coating or printing operations is preferred, and we offer hands-on training to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate coating machinery and related tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.)

Follow specifications and safety protocols for continuous machine operations

Measure and inspect product quality with attention to detail

Maintain accurate yields and detect defects during production

Preferred Background:

Experience with Gravure, Roll, or web coating methods or flexographic press/steel/metal operations

Familiarity with operating coaters, rulers, shears, calipers, micrometers, and basic hand tools

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must be mechanically inclined

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and move heavier materials as needed

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
