Administrative Assistant position supporting the Manager of a Condominium:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Reception

Reports To: Condominium Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Manager of a condominium. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and smooth communication with residents, vendors, and council members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Condominium Manager in daily tasks and projects.
Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Maintain resident records, service requests, and property management documents.
Schedule appointments, inspections, maintenance, and vendor services.
Track and manage office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing, petty cash reconciliation, and budget tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
Help prepare documentation for board meetings and annual meetings.
Support compliance with condominium rules, policies, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Prior administrative or property management experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Office-based position within the condominium premises.
Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend meetings.

Company Description
The Henlopen Condominiums is located in Rehoboth Beach, DE on the boardwalk. We have 147 units. We have owners that rent weekly. We have a small office staff and are looking for a front desk associate to join the team.
Part-time
