Job Description:

Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.

Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.

Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes.

Creating Proforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B, Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shippers

Export Declarations, Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices.
