CNC Machine Operators – Job Summary

Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

Pay Rate: $26/hour

Responsibilities include:

Reading blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions

Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components

Inspecting finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

Maintaining accurate production records and completing required documentation

Performing routine maintenance and coordinating repairs with the maintenance team

Keeping the workspace clean and organized, and updating incoming operators on shift progress

Assisting with additional production tasks as needed

CNC Machine Operators – Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant CNC machine operation experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Completion of a technical certificate program in CNC Machining is a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to follow standard procedures

Solid understanding of CNC operations and mechanical systems

Proficiency in math, including working with fractions, ratios, and percentages

Comfortable using computers and manufacturing software
