Job Description
We are seeking a Window Covering Salesperson to join our team! You will offer window treatment solutions to drive company revenue, as well as answering customer inquires and concerns. Part time hours may be available depending on needs, pay is primarily commission based, with a small salary component, and should provide between $70,000 and $110,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers in their homes
Find the best solution to meet customers window treatment needs and stylistic taste
Prospect and contact potential customers and conduct other in-person marketing
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments for the installation of purchased product and ensure complete customer satisfaction with the result
Organize and care for your company vehicle
Assist with warehouse and installation tasks occasionally, to include smart-home integration
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Previous experience in interior design or window treatments preferred (not required)
Ability to build rapport with clients, develop relationships and instill trust immediately
Capable of driving a small-mid size work van and carrying large fabric sample books and product teasers, as well as climbing tall ladders to take window measurements and assist with installations from time to time
