Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of food handling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prep Cooks play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen flow and timely meal preparation.

Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

Assist cooks and chefs with basic tasks and food setup

Ensure prep areas and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized

Properly store food items and label all products

Follow food safety standards and kitchen sanitation protocols

Maintain organized workstations and help with inventory tasks

Support with dishwashing or other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred, but not required

Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused

Must be authorized to work in the United States
