Job Description

We’re hiring Warehouse Packers for a premier production facility in Franklin, NH! If you’re looking for steady work, weekly pay, and the chance to grow in a supportive team environment, this is your opportunity.

Pay & Schedule:

Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM $18/hr

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM $19.80/hr.

Weekly pay, temp-to-hire opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Move and pack aluminum extrusions per customer specs

• Inspect materials for defects to ensure quality

• Enter packed piece counts into the system (Epics)

• Operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts safely

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience is a plus

• Basic math, computer, and blueprint reading skills

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures
