The Mission
We are looking for a sharp, collaborative candidate that will support Delivery and Operations in project setup and resource planning. The Resource Coordinator is responsible for project onboarding and determining upcoming resource needs and matching resource demand with supply and capacity. This position will also assist in verifying adherence to project process and standards. The candidate will need to prioritize multiple responsibilities and collaborate with others across the organization to ensure project success.

Your Assignment
Resource Planning & Allocation:
Coordinate and schedule the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials for various operational tasks and projects. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and in line with business priorities.
Project Support:
Work closely with project directors, managers and team leads to identify resource needs for specific projects and ensure that all necessary resources are available and properly allocated in a timely manner.
Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor resource utilization, provide forecasting, track resource availability, and generate reports on resource allocation and efficiency. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on resource status and any issues that may arise.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to optimize resource usage and improve processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational smoothness across the organization.
Data Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resource schedules and utilization data. Ensure proper documentation for all resource-related activities.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any resource-related issues or conflicts that may arise, working with various teams to troubleshoot and find solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including human resources, logistics, and finance, to ensure resources are effectively allocated and operational objectives are met.
Your Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of work experience in business operations or resource capacity planning
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with staff and leadership across functional-departments to complete tasks
Experience in resource and capacity management
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to develop operational processes, templates and standards around project setup and engagement compliance
Familiarity with google sheets and/or excel functionality
Familiarity with Certinia/Salesforce
Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools
