Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
Process inquires received either by mail or fax such as: purchase orders, tracking information and freight quotes
Entry information into computer system – data entry and order processing
Preparing sales order instructions for customer orders
Issue purchase orders confirmations
Maintain files electronically and paper files
Processing and approving payment for freight bills
Maintain sales order log and daily warehouse activities
Preparing daily order reports
Attending daily meetings and recording information in regards to the meeting
Preparing customer sales reports
Reconciling warehouse inventories
Creating customer files as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
The pay is up to $23.00 an hour based on experienceCompany Description
