We are working with a client who is searching for a skilled Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis in Mounds View or Owatonna, Minnesota. This role involves managing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment processes to support a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will excel at building candidate pipelines, sourcing talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both hourly and salaried roles.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for manufacturing and administrative roles.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet the ongoing needs of manufacturing plants.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to attract and track top talent effectively.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates regarding their application status, interview outcomes, and next steps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
• Source candidates using various methods, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain organized records and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process based on data and industry trends.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter; manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools such as UKG Pro.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and tasks.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and strategies, including social media and job boards.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address recruitment challenges.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
