We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager in New York, New York. In this role, you will be part of our team in the tech industry, utilizing your skills in Change Management, Netsuite CRM, Business systems, and Cloud ERP. This position is integral to ensuring efficient and effective enterprise application support and user adoption of new systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective support for enterprise applications, with a focus on ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems

• Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new systems across the organization

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, using excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts

• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, IT teams, and business partners to ensure seamless integration and functioning of ERP systems

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data policies and regulations, particularly those related to personal, financial, and HR data

• Use your background in business process analysis and requirements gathering to improve and streamline our business systems

• Administer and maintain complex applications, ensuring their smooth operation and functionality

• Design and deliver user training programs for enterprise systems

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.• Proven experience in Change Management.

• Expert knowledge of Netsuite CRM.

• Strong understanding of Business Systems.

• Proficiency in Cloud ERP.

• Demonstrated experience in ERP integration.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
