CNC Machinist

Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Grantsburg WI to hire a CNC Machinist for this Direct Hire opportunity!

Shift-1st shift Monday-Friday

Pay $26-$30/hr

Direct hire!

Responsibilities:

Produce parts according to work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, specifications, and machining parameters

Perform advanced set-ups on mills and/or lathe machines by making adjustments to the machine tool, tool holders, stock, guide tensions, operating speed, and lubricant flow to maintain machine setup

Maintain inspection documents, accurately log in and out of jobs, and claim part counts in computer system

Work with engineering staff and assist coworkers in troubleshooting production issues.

Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) using a variety of tools and equipment

Maintain inventory of product in work stations

Maintain equipment and supplies by completing preventive maintenance requirements

Qualifications:

5+ yrs of machine set-up experience required.

Computer programming and CAD/CAM experience required.

Advanced blueprint reading and granite plate measuring skills required.

Knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
