Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and polished Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. This role is focused on business-to-business collections and will also assist with billing and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounts receivable experience, including business-to-business collections, and must be comfortable with formulas and formatting in Excel. Responsibilities:

Manage business-to-business collections, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices.

Assist with billing processes, including the preparation and distribution of invoices.

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address and resolve collection issues.

Maintain professional communication at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience, specifically in business-to-business collections.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage formulas and format data.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional demeanor and polished presentation.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
