As our Salesman/Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in our company's success by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring accurate project estimations. This position offers the perfect blend of relationship building and technical expertise.

What You'll Do:

- Drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations

- Review project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive bids

- Collaborate with our project teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Monitor market conditions and maintain competitive pricing strategies

- Serve as the primary client contact during bidding and pre-construction phases

What You'll Need:

- 5+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, or related role

- Strong understanding of construction processes and costs

- Proven track record in securing contracts and maintaining client relationships

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
