Pay Range: $110,000 – $160,000/year

Job Description for Vehicle Integration and Test Engineer Position:
Develop and own the vehicle integration and test campaign to validate and verify vehicle flight readiness
Take responsibility for technical and programmatic decisions to ensure successful vehicle operations
Create, maintain, and execute detailed build and test procedures
Develop and manage build schedules to ensure timely delivery of flight components, ground support equipment, and software readiness
Maintain and track vehicle system budgets (power, mass, telemetry, etc.) to ensure accuracy across all teams
Evaluate the impact of vehicle design changes and lead execution of change implementation
Own avionics systems, schematics, and harness design
Operate spacecraft in space and maintain systems for optimal performance
Continuously improve the production environment to support mission success
Requirements for Vehicle Integration and Test Engineer Position:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related field, with 1+ years of experience (internships and projects included) in systems, integration, or testing
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills within a collaborative environment
Broad technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines
Hands-on experience building aerospace vehicles
Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and comfortable working on the floor, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Working knowledge of aerospace vehicle subsystems and their integration
Experience managing full project lifecycles, including integration and test phases
Ability to independently solve complex problems, both individually and as part of a team
Proficiency with general-purpose programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Python)
Familiarity with aerospace hardware development practices (qualification testing, design for space environments, cleanliness, etc.)
Experience in technical leadership roles for launch vehicle or satellite development
Background supporting flight tests or spacecraft operations
Familiarity with propulsion systems, integration, and testing
Hands-on experience with wiring schematics, harness design, and manufacturing
Proficiency with Unigraphics NX or similar CAD software
