Job Description

KIRCO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the Vice President of Senior Living and the Chief Investment Officer in driving strategic growth through real estate acquisitions, development, and investment initiatives. This position plays a critical role in evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate transactions—particularly in the senior living sector—by delivering high-quality financial analysis, modeling, and research to support decision-making and business planning.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to conduct financial underwriting, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and manage due diligence efforts. Responsibilities include building and updating complex financial models, assisting in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, investor presentations, and investment committee materials. This role also involves tracking asset performance, monitoring project pipelines, conducting in-depth market research, and supporting capital raising activities through investor outreach and data management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a proprietary site selection matrix, engaging with industry stakeholders such as brokers and lenders, and contributing to strategic initiatives across development, asset management, and subsidiary businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and real estate, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction support. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related business field is required, along with a high level of proficiency in financial analysis tools and business applications. Previous experience in commercial real estate is preferred, with additional value placed on exposure to Senior Living, Industrial, Office, or Retail sectors.

We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, resourceful, and collaborative—with excellent communication skills and a passion for quality and performance. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. If you're energized by the opportunity to contribute to high-impact real estate investments and thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, we encourage you to apply.Company Description
