Architect – licensed in New Jersey

The Musial Group is an established architectural/engineering firm with a practice in Government and Educational buildings as well as multi-family housing. We are looking for an experienced, talented and creative Architect..

Responsibilities for all phases of design & construction, taking leadership in design, and readily generates sketches and construction documents for government and educational facilities as well as multi-family housing. Must be capable in review of shop drawings and other construction administration responsibilities. It is important to have strong detail abilities in construction documents and be able to take a building from design to construction. Must be able to handle many projects at the same time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Professional degree in architecture, Must have New Jersey License, Okay if recently licensed

· Must be able to efficiently handle many projects at the same time.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD

· Proficiency in Revit is a plus

· Excellent verbal and presentation skills

· Rendering and sketching skills is a plus

· Must be familiar with building codes

· Construction documents and production skills as well as construction administration a must.

· Specification writing skills are important

· LEED AP or strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability design.

· Must be able to handle a fast paced office and multiple projects at the same time.
