General Manager
Description:
The Bulldog Bar and Lounge is looking for an experienced General Manager to run day to day operations along side with the operating partner and shift managers. This is an exciting position with a base salary and bonus program as well. The position will include-
Day to day operations
Employee hiring and scheduling
Improving daily sales
Liquor and beer ordering and inventory
Working with the kitchen manager
Working with live musicians
Creating a fun and safe environment for all team members and guests
understanding, practicing and training all safe food handling
Candidate should have background in Bar / Restaurant management. Must be available weekends. History of working with Toast POS system is a plus. Must be over 21 years of age.
