We are looking for additional board members to help us continue the wonderful work being done at Winter Growth.

Since 1979, Winter Growth has provided high-quality Memory Care, Adult Day, Assisted Living, and Respite programs that foster a sense of purpose, belonging, and well-being for those we serve, while also offering vital support to family caregivers.

As a board member, you’ll have the opportunity to: Serve as an ambassador for our mission in the community Support strategic planning, fundraising, and donor engagement Help guide the future of a nonprofit with deep local roots and a proven record of impact Collaborate with a team that values compassion, respect, and connection Board members commit to attending meetings, serving on at least one subcommittee, and participating in fundraising efforts that support Winter Growth’s ability to provide affordable care.

This is more than a seat at the table - it's a chance to create meaningful change and impact the lives of older adults and their families.
