Job Classification: Full-Time: 32-34 hours/week

Schedule: Rotates between working 6 days on and 8 days off, 7:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Sunday.

Salary: $20.00/hour

Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Safety Officer to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and employees, while protecting community property.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

Perform scheduled rounds both inside and outside the community buildings to maintain a secure environment.

Respond to all alarms and emergency calls. Perform first aid/CPR as necessary. Responsible for immediate notification of emergencies to appropriate personnel.

Provide timely, accurate reports, including incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergencies, and delivers report(s) to supervisor.

Assist with special security needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community.

WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Possess a valid Driver's License.

Can follow written and oral instructions.

Have experience with Microsoft Office.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Have experience in security and/or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - preferred.

Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
