Location: Larimer County, CO

Status: Full-time 40 hours, per week

Times: overnights

What You’ll Do:

As a Behavioral Health Technician (Case Manager), within our residential program, the person in this role provides services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Duties include milieu management, brief counseling interventions, psycho-education and activities groups, and treatment planning. The position interacts extensively with a large interdisciplinary team including RNs, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Therapists, and Psychologists. This position requires knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Residential (Garcia House) - a specialty co-occurring residential Circle Program providing comprehensive ASAM 3.7 and 3.5 residential treatment to individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in behavioral science.

Work experience with people with severe and persistent mental illness/substance abuse issues or individuals with similar human-service needs.

Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred:

Bilingual/Bi-cultural.

Trauma Informed Care experience.

CAS certification.

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

The typical hiring range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hour, based on relevant years of experience.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
