Your Role: Grow Relationships, Deliver Solutions
You’ll be one of the faces of our service team, working closely with building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers to provide proactive HVAC service plans tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and industrial clients
Uncover opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and territory development
Conduct walkthroughs and site visits to assess HVAC system conditions
Propose customized maintenance agreements and solutions
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure high client satisfaction
Consistently hit or exceed your monthly and annual sales goals
What You Bring to the Table
2+ years in B2B HVAC service sales (mechanical services a strong plus)
A deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service contract structures
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
