Visual Display Associate

Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm)

Pay: $17-$19/hr (Based on Experience)

We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Display Associate to join our team for a full-time, first-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for interior design and visual merchandising who enjoys creating engaging and stylish retail displays.

Job Description:

Collaborate with store leadership to plan and execute showroom layout and focal points

Design creative displays that reflect current styles, promotions, and advertising campaigns

Incorporate accessories and optimize lighting to enhance the visual appeal of each display

Maintain and rotate floor displays regularly, aligning with store promotions and sales goals

Manage signage and product tagging to ensure consistent and attractive presentation

Uncrate, replenish, and assemble accessories and furniture as needed

Maintain accurate inventory records related to display merchandise

Qualifications:

1â 2 years of experience in interior design, display merchandising, or home staging

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

High school diploma or equivalent required; education in Interior Design preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work comfortably on ladders
