Job Summary

We’re looking for a freelance weekend studio assistant to support our team on a per-project, on-call basis. This is a supplementary role, providing backup coverage when our weekday studio assistant is unavailable. Perfect for someone looking to pick up occasional weekend work in a creative, fast-paced studio setting.

Responsibilities

Support weekend photo and video shoots at our NYC studio

Set up lighting, grip, and equipment

Assist crew and clients during production days

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

Help with merchandise handling and returns if needed

Qualifications

Experience assisting on set or in a photo studio environment

Comfortable lifting, organizing, and setting up gear

Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills

Available on weekends with short notice

NYC-based or within easy commuting distance

Compensation

Rate is commensurate with experience.
