User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator

High Profile has partnered with our client to find a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator for a contract assignment working a hybrid schedule. This is a project-specific role and will not transition into a permanent position.

We are seeking a proactive and organized UAT Coordinator to act as a Business Partner during the UAT phase. The ideal candidate will support testing efforts by working closely with business testers, project managers, and the QA team to ensure efficient execution and accurate tracking of all testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with business testers to monitor and update test execution status in the test management system.

Maintain daily records of test case execution and results.

Follow up on open issues, unresolved test cases, and outstanding defects to drive timely resolution.

Coordinate meetings between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical teams, and support retest scheduling as needed.

Deliver clear and concise daily status updates to project stakeholders.

Operate independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve challenges.

Working knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira/Xray, or similar platforms a plus

Understanding of User Acceptance Testing, including concepts like bug status and testing lifecycle, is essential

Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

Proven ability to work collaboratively across both business and technical teams

Familiarity with defect management and escalation processes is preferred
