Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of shop operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead and inspire a team of estimators, technicians, and other professionals while taking full ownership of center operations, including P&L management, customer relations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive profitability by setting and achieving department goals.

Manage hiring, training, and coaching of staff to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Foster strong customer and insurance adjuster relationships for repeat business.

Oversee repair quality and safety, ensuring excellence in every job.

Prepare and manage budgets, payroll, and vendor relationships.

Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Valid driver’s license.

Minimum 3 years of management experience in collision repair.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
