CNC Maintenance Technician

Union Special, LLC, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Using hand and power tools to install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment

Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems

Performing regular maintenance checks, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, and checking fluid levels

Repairing CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers

Determining what maintenance is required and performing preventative maintenance (PM) on various types of machines

Tracking and documenting PM reports and downtime

Reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Requirements:

High School Diploma Required

Programming skills: For CNC machinery operation

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blue prints

Organized and Detailed Oriented

Problem-solving abilities: For diagnosing and rectifying machine malfunctions or deviations in product specifications

Ability to multitask

Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work

Ability to communicate any issues or problems to upper management while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed

Salary $22 - $25/hour
