Join The Monument Companies as a Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across our teams. Based in Richmond, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to optimize systems and elevate team performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll take ownership of cross-functional projects-from optimizing enterprise systems to implementing automation tools-working directly with company leadership to streamline processes, enhance tenant experiences, and elevate team performance. While you'll be leading teams and strategic initiatives, you won't be above getting in the trenches. Whether it's hands-on training, assisting with system rollouts, or creating detailed training guides, we value leaders who are willing to do what it takes-big or small-to get the job done right.
