Bela Brand Bat is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our team. This role involves developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies that align with our clients’ goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (excluding social media)

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing objectives

Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports

Participate in client meetings to gather insights and tailor marketing strategies

Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on scheduleQualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of traditional marketing strategies is a plus
