We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Processing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software, particularly Excel. The Processing Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
Process incoming orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
Utilize pivot tables and other Excel functions to analyze data and generate reports.
Collect and organize data from various sources for reporting purposes.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements
Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with order entry processes and data collection methods.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
