Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

Support the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects

Coordinate internally with various departments to meet client expectations

Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations

Monitor account performance and contribute to strategy discussions

Address client questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

No prior account management experience required, but customer service or internship experience is a plus
