Trail Ridge Home Care, part of the not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest family, is looking for friendly, compassionate people to join our Caregiver and Personal Care team.

Hourly wages vary from $16-$19 based on experience

Flexible part-time shift assignments based on client needs

We pay drive time and reimburse for mileage

No experience required, we will provide all training!What you will do:

As a Homemaker and Personal Care Assistant at Trail Ridge Home Care, you'll provide companionship and assist with personal care. You'll work directly with seniors in their homes using a variety of techniques to encourage and support their ability to maintain or attain their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being. You'll take pride in managing the needs and care regimen of your clients and partner closely with our courteous business office staff to develop care plans.

We are specifically interested in candidates who have training or personal-care experience working with clients who have Dementia, Alzheimer's, or similar conditions. What you will need:

Prior experience working with seniors desired, but not required

Dementia or Alzheimer's experience desired, but not required

Valid driver's license, with good driving record and auto insurance

Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Must be aged 18 or olderWhat we offer:
