Driver Manager - Logistics Operations

We’re looking for a Driver Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe delivery operations. What You’ll Do:

Manage and support delivery drivers across DOT and non-DOT vehicles

Monitor route progress, driver safety, and package handling in real time

Investigate and resolve routing issues, time theft, and package discrepancies

Coordinate and execute delivery rescues to minimize return-to-station (RTS) rates

Track and maintain company assets (vans, phones, equipment, etc.)

Ensure compliance with all safety and training protocols (DVIC, Ementor, Netradyne, etc.)

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching

Communicate daily updates and expectations to drivers and leadership

Serve as a backup driver as needed

Maintain detailed and accurate records across all systems and reports

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in driver management, logistics, or fleet coordination

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle compliance

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly

Tech-savvy with experience using routing, safety, and communication software

Willingness to drive and assist operationally as needed

Strong communicator with a people-first mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

Amazon logistics experience

Previous DOT certification

Fleet maintenance or mechanical knowledge
