Senior Human Resources Generalist - Columbus, Ohio DISHER is currently partnering with a global leader in end-to-end service supply chain solutions on their search for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

This role is pivotal for supporting a high-performing warehouse and distribution operation in Columbus, Ohio.

In this role, you will drive HR strategy, champion employee engagement, and ensure smooth payroll and compliance processes to support business growth.

What you will get to do:

Serve as the onsite HR leader, partnering with managers and employees to implement HR strategies and foster a positive workplace.

Lead and coach team members, providing guidance on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.

Oversee payroll processing and reporting on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance (UKG experience is a plus).

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent acquisition, compensation, training, and records management.

Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as ISO and OSHA standards.

Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and leave administration.

Prepare and analyze HR reports and data trends to inform business decisions.

Act as the point person for 401k vendor relationships and support benefits administration.

Engage employees at all levels through activities, meetings, and special events.

What will make you successful:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a background in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.

Experience handling payroll; familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a plus.

Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.

Ability to work onsite 4 days per week and support a two-shift operation.

Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
