Candidates will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines, brake press, lasers, stamping presses, or punch press machines for forming and punching metal. They need to understand calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality assurance and be able to read blueprints.

Form and punch metal for various products.
Understand and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality assurance.
Read and interpret blueprints.Essential Skills
2+ years of experience with punch press, brake press, laser, stamping, or CNC machines.
2+ years of experience reading blueprints.
2+ years of experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Experience in fabrication, press brake, and laser operation.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work at either the Badger and Cheyenne facility or the Hickory Facility. Badger and Cheyenne facility hours are 1st shift: 4am-2pm (M-T) and 2nd shift: 2pm-12pm (M-T) with a weekend shift from 4am-4pm (F-S). Hickory Facility hours are 1st shift: 5am-3pm (M-T) and 2nd shift: 3pm-1pm (M-T). A shift premium of $.75 is offered for 2nd shift and $2 for weekend shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grafton, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
