Receptionist job in Del Mar, CA

We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Receptionist to join a dynamic financial services team in Del Mar. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for their clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail oriented with a positive attitude and able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Additional Details:

Location: Del Mar

Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm

Duration: Direct Hire

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent
