Job Description

The Cleanroom Assembler will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. They will safely carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembling, material handling, equipment operating, and packaging. This role requires a strong attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards and comply with safety and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.

Responsibilities

Work in a production environment to manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect product in accordance with product blueprints and manufacturing drawings while adhering to company SOP’s and WID’s.

Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

Follow all safety requirements and cGMP requirements.

Ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations to implement mutual inspection, find and correct quality errors, and record and report problems in a timely manner.

Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as tasks are performed.

Actively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.

Effectively work as part of a team in the manufacturing process and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.

Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.Essential Skills

Experience in assembly and production environments

Work Environment

The work environment is a cleanroom setting where employees must wear PPE, including a bunny suit, hair net, gloves, and booties on shoes. The role requires lifting 25+ lbs and standing for the majority of the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, Utah.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60/hr.
