Job Title: Process Operator - 3rd Shift
Job Description
We are looking for a process operator to join our production team to help with new production contracts. The contract is set to last 6+ months, with additional potential for work following. The process operator will work in various areas of the production operations they are trained and qualified in. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and assisting in the operation of processing and fabrication equipment on insulation materials, conducting in-process testing of insulating products, and handling materials and storage equipment. The role also involves operating the waste storage facility, directing plant operators for proper waste segregation, and managing non-hazardous and hazardous waste control.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate processing and fabrication equipment on insulation materials.
Inspect and test in-process insulating products to determine suitability for use and shipment.
Set up machines by adjusting gaps, leveling rolls, setting speeds and temperatures, and threading materials.
Start and synchronize equipment, making necessary adjustments during operations.
Weigh and mix materials such as powdered resins, catalysts, and varnishes.
Operate equipment using valves, push buttons, and levers, following cycles and making adjustments as required.
Unload equipment manually or with a hoist, disposing of materials appropriately, and recording data.Shift
11:00PM-7:00AM, Sunday night through Friday morning.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.59 - $24.59/hr.
