Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a sheet metal contractor, we specialize in making technological devices more compact. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products by hand, using a manual pallet jack, and ensuring the accurate handling of materials.
Responsibilities
Load and unload products by hand
Use a manual pallet jack for material handling
Accurately manage shipping and receiving tasks
Utilize USPS/FedEx shipping software
Maintain detailed inventory records
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materialsEssential Skills
2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
Experience with USPS/FedEx shipping software
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistentlyAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electronic manufacturing
Strong computer skills
Experience with equipment operations
Familiarity with material handling
Forklift operation experience
Assembler and machine operator experience
Packaging and general production skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools

Work Environment
This role is based in a very clean and climate-controlled environment. We pride ourselves on our strong working culture, so new employees must be able to get along well with others. The shift for this position is from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEWIS CENTER, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
