Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in supporting Windows 11 migrations and ensuring seamless IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in Windows environments and hands-on experience with Autopilot.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the migration and deployment of Windows 11 systems across the organization.
• Configure and manage Autopilot for efficient device setup and deployment.
• Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Collaborate with global helpdesk teams to ensure consistent and effective IT support.
• Perform hardware and software configurations, ensuring optimal performance of computer systems.
• Utilize Active Directory for user account management and system administration.
• Support Mac computers and other hardware as required by the organization.
• Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT standards during all deployments.• Proven experience with Windows 11 migrations and Autopilot configurations.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 environments and their deployment processes.
• Proficiency in using Active Directory for user and system management.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management.
• Experience with Mac computers and cross-platform troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global IT teams and follow established protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
