Join our dedicated team as an Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be accurate and efficient order fulfillment, adhering to standard operating procedures and delivering high-quality products that meet order specifications. Your ability to work effectively within a team environment is vital to the success of this role.
Shift & Pay:
Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
$23/hr
Responsibilities
Pull, cut, stripe/dye or twist material as per requirements.
Adhere to standard operating procedures in all tasks.
Handle scrap material and breakdown unusable reels.
Perform order rundowns and complete required documentation.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Support a culture of Zero Harm within the workplace.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties to resolve issues promptly.
Embody company culture, mission, vision, purpose, and values in daily work.
Operate warehouse machinery and tools, including forklifts, re-spoolers, and power tools.
Assist in various tasks as needed to support team efforts.Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, machine operation, or related field preferred.
Basic mathematical skills for handling large numbers.
Basic computer operation skills or willingness to learn.
Physical ability to lift, carry, pull, and maneuver heavy materials or equipment up to 100 lbs. regularly.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
