Job Summary

Provide high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, developing treatment plans, supervising support staff, and ensuring patient care. Maintain professional interactions and expand facility relationships.

Essential Functions

Evaluate, treat, and document skilled therapy cases per medical necessity.

Maintain accurate records and comply with Medicare and OSHA training.

Communicate respectfully with patients, staff, and third-party payors.

Attend facility meetings and complete required continuing education.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to state practice regulations.

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong teamwork, leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Effective problem-solving in clinical settings.

Proficiency in documentation, billing, and reporting.

Required Credentials Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. State licensure/registration and CPR certification as required.
