SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Design and Sales Team Members and Customers with an exceptional experience for visualizing product selections and selecting finishes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
General:
Pull materials for client meetings and look up availability of finishes.
Pull together & label samples for large finish meetings.
Pull materials for designers and sales on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure samples are in stock and organized.
Maintain the current fabrics/finishes for the MillerKnoll Sample Walls.
Put back samples & finishes.
Order/coordinate delivery of samples to clients and A&D partners.
Share innovative materials and finishes with the design & sales team.
Assist with miscellaneous design work.
Any additional job duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in administrative work preferred, basic Word & Excel skills, ability to multi-task, friendly and professional demeanor, teamwork, customer service, communication skills, problem-solving skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly required to be in a stationary position for extended periods of time (sitting/standing), be able to successfully operate a keyboard, computer, phone, and other standard office equipment; and move about to complete collaborative tasks in office. Can communicate ideas and exchange accurate information with others. Observe and identify details for several hours a day at close range on and off a computer screen. Work with accuracy in an environment with moderate noise. Push/pull up to 10 lbs.
