Distribution Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Woodburn, Oregon

Compensation: $90-145k/year DOE

My client is a local family-owned wholesale distributer that has been in business for over 50 years. They focus on building relationships with their clients and providing quality service. They offer flexible delivery and many different payment options.

What You ll Do:

Manages daily operations for the distribution warehouse. Oversee all warehouse productivity of ~30ppl including receiving, unloading, inspecting, picking, packing and shipping of products. Leverage computer data related to worker productivity and inventory or packing/shipping accuracy and implements policies and procedures meant to improve performance. Collaborate with Sales Manager and Business Manager to accurately forecast and prepare workloads and hiring. Responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching warehouse staff. Collaborate and participate with Branch Management team to create annual business plan.

This branch has a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment. Our client is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operation and lead with hands-on activity when necessary.
