About the Role:

We’re looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator with 5+ years of experience and a diverse background in commercial construction. The ideal candidate comes from an ENR-ranked firm and has a proven track record of accurately estimating mid-to-large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, including conceptual, schematic, and final bids.

Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents.

Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

Identify and mitigate potential cost risks.

Collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams.

Ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.

Background with an ENR-ranked general contractor.

Strong knowledge of CSI divisions, estimating software (e.g., ProEst, WinEst, Sage Estimating).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
