Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient

EMR System: Cerner

Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be board certified or board eligible in Radiology

Pennsylvania License or eligible for Compact License

BLS Certification: Required

Must be enrolled in PCF

Mammography Experience: Minimum of 960 mammograms dictated in the last 24 months

Mammography CME: 15 current/valid mammography-specific CMEs in the last 36 months

Digital Mammography Training: Proof of eight hours required

Tomosynthesis Mammography Training: Proof of eight hours required

Residency Training: Three months of training in mammography interpretation, including 60 hours of education in mammography and 240 mammograms dictated within the last two years of residency

Provider Location: Must live 90+ miles from the facility
