Title: Customer Operations Analyst

Location: Serbia (Hybrid)

Position Overview: The Customer Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth operations for critical programs, managing unreturned defectives, preparing incident reports, handling billing processes, and presenting monthly reports. This role requires proficiency in various applications and adherence to HR policies on internal transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer daily tasks to ensure sites are correctly reported and live in Salesforce.

Manage new customer additions and ensure proper listings in NEOS.

Investigate and resolve issues with unreturned defectives.

Coordinate with sites and technicians to retrieve defective items.

Advise sites of charges for unrecovered equipment.

Provide Starbucks with updated incident reports from NEOS before weekly syncs.

Prepare reports by 7 AM PST each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Review and follow up on outstanding balances for the Connect Program.

Address invoice queries and dispute incorrect invoices.

Prepare Incident Management Report by the 10th of each month for licensees.

Prepare and present monthly incident management reports.

Analyze data, update PPT deck, and prepare talking points for meetings.

Present reports in monthly Teams meetings.

Review and process billable service requests.
