Debbie's Staffing is looking for a Material Handler for our client located in Harrisburg, NC.

Hours: 4:15 p.m. to 1:00a.m. Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $15.50/hr. Weekly Pay!

Job Description Summary

Material handlers are responsible for moving materials, loading, unloading, managing, and placing products on the assembly lines. They also need to open boxes to refill the assembly lines and may need to move large boxes around.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Open cases of product and place them in designated positions in racking

Clean up and breakdown cardboard cases into appropriate gaylords

Clean up, sweep, and separate out trash and plastic into appropriate gaylords

Inform Line Lead of any issues found

Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities

Able to handle large volumes of work

Ability to work independently, requiring little supervisory direction

Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift

Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift

Self-motivated

Maintains neat/organized work area

Other duties as assigned
