Job Description:

A Visiting Angels Scheduler is part of the Scheduling Team that is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient scheduling of caregivers visits to client's homes in the Southwest CO Area. Schedulers Utilize a Care Management Software to facilitate their scheduling duties. This job will be full time in the Pagosa Springs Main office 8:00 AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday.

A Visiting Angels Scheduler Requirements and Responsibilities Include:

Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma.

Must have proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.

Must be mature, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person that wants to be a team player.

Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, talking on the phone with field employees and clients on a daily basis, be gifted at working with various personality types and be able to multi-task and produce positive results.

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Must have good phone skills and excel at Customer Service.

Must be organized.

Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and Outlook.

Must have a positive attitude and exhibit patience.

Must live in or near Pagosa Springs, CO
