The Parts Counter Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers in person and over the phone, selling parts and accessories, and providing excellent customer service.

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7:00am- 5:30pm. Hours and schedule may vary.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Review parts requests and provide accurate quotes
Process parts orders and manage inventory levels
Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Keep up-to-date on new products, promotions, and pricing changes
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Requirements:
Must submit to a background check and drug test
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
